Previously had good experiences. We are now into this shop for over $4000 and the same "rattle rattle" is still there. They did brakes, spark plugs, alternator (which was needed), oil gasket which I am not convinced needed to be done and they refuse to honor that they misdiagnosed the initial problem. They claim to honor their work and you would think that repeat customers who this last time alone have paid over 4K would get taken care of. Nope. Obviously never going back. So sad that I believed they were honorable and trustworthy and now it seems they are just like everyone else, out to take as much of your money as they can without caring whether you ever return or have respect.l

This recent visit was for state testing, however, we have used this shop multiple times for other services. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and the service work is always professionally completed. They have even gone above and beyond to help me with an AC issue. Highly recommend.

I needed to have an emission test done on my car. I had to take off of work to get this all done before the end of the month. In the town I live in nobody had availability for a couple weeks and I could not take off from work any longer. So I reached out to CarX in Lake St. Louis, Missouri And they were Fortunately, available yesterday afternoon. They were very courteous and got my emission testing done before I even knew it. I definitely will recommend them again

These folks really care and take care of your vehicle. I have a classic MGB that needed a bit of custom exhaust work to make a prepurchased part fit properly. Rich the tech was super nice and skilled and put in the necessary additional bend into the muffler pipe. He also tested it for correct fit multiple times to get it perfect. Adreanna who is the manager was so helpful in getting a slot set up for the work to be done. Super people you can trust. Will be back for regular car work when needed. 👍

I went to see how much breaks would be. When I went there to see how bad they were. They told me that my breaks were ok and wouldn't need to change them. Bobby was great and honost. They were straight forward and honost about about my car. The greatest experience with them. They save me money and just so nice and showed me the things to look out for. In the whole process of being there I learned more about my car. I will definitely be going back there again. The car x on highway k and N. Thank you Bobby for being kind and taking good care of my car.
